Returns & Replacement Policy
Because we deal with agricultural inputs (seeds, grains), the following rules apply:
Damaged on Arrival: If a product is received in a damaged condition, please report it to our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened bags of seeds / grains , be returned due to safety and quality concerns.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once the product is with the courier, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) within 7 to 10 business days.
